We’re Chad, Marcy, and Bruce—the family team behind Shine On Auto Wash. Community isn’t just a word for us; it’s at the heart of everything we do. Originally from small-town BC, we grew up appreciating close-knit communities and summers at our family campground, Skands, in Christina Lake. Marcy and Chad are siblings, and Marcy and Bruce are married—together we bring family, teamwork, and a love for connecting with people to everything we do at Shine On.

History

Formerly Maxx Auto Wash, we purchased the business on June 1, 2024.

Over the past year, we’ve immersed ourselves in every aspect of the operation, learning the ins and outs of the business while planning a fresh new look and feel. We kicked off our official grand opening and new-look on August 30, 2025, marking the start of a new chapter for Shine On Auto Wash.

Our Passions

Marcy is a teacher and community builder who thrives on connection. Chad is a firefighter, martial arts coach, and proud dog dad. Bruce is a former semi-pro football player in Germany and a football and rugby coach. Together, we love meeting people, sharing stories, and making everyone feel welcome.

Family & Community

Marcy and Bruce have a blended family of four kids, so we understand busy lives and the importance of services that make your day easier. Athletics, family, and community guide everything we do at Shine On.

We’ve quickly fallen in love with Regina’s friendly, small-city vibe. There’s a warmth here that reminds us of the small-town life we grew up in, where neighbours know each other and community matters. Being part of this city means more than just running a car wash - it’s about contributing to a place that values connection, pride, and the people who make it special. Whether it’s meeting locals at the wash, mentoring our employees, or supporting local events, we’re committed to building relationships and strengthening the Regina community, one shiny car - and one smile—at a time.

When we built the Shine On brand, we wanted it to be different from the typical automotive culture. Sure, it’s about sparkly clean cars—but for us, it’s really about the people who drive them. At Shine On, it’s about building connections, creating a welcoming space, and spreading good vibes. A clean car is one small thing in your day that we can help with—but that small thing feels good. It lifts your mood, gives you a skip in your step, and that feeling radiates out to your community. That energy is even something we tried to capture in our logo and branding, and we hope it resonates with you every time you visit.
