BC Family Brings New Sparkle to Regina Automotive Community
Regina, Saskatchewan – June 1, 2024 – Shine On Auto Wash is excited to announce the acquisition of the former Maxx Auto Wash, located at 1170 North Stockton Street in Regina. The transition, effective June 6th, marks a new chapter for the established car wash, now under the ownership of Marcy Skands, Bruce Reid, and Chad Skands.
The acquisition includes the business, building, land, goodwill, and all existing equipment, allowing Shine On Auto Wash to build upon the strong foundation already in place. The facility boasts 8,541 square feet, featuring eight auto-wash bays originally constructed in 2006, with the addition of an automatic car wash in 2011. The 0.56-acre property, zoned Mixed Commercial (MH), provides ample space for serving the community. Notably, Maxx Auto Wash was well-regarded for its convenient location, exceptionally clean facility, brightly lit bays, and its year-round wash capabilities thanks to heated indoor bays.
